Meeting Jill and Max has been one of my favorite things. They are not only inspiring….(I mean they are both educators, so hopefully a good amount of inspiration is in them, Lol)….but they are also HILARIOUS! After having a blast at their engagement session last fall, I was REALLY looking forward to their wedding, which did not disappoint!
October is undoubtedly the best month. To have your wedding in October AND to have perfect weather is simply THE BEST! I am talking beautiful blue skies, not a cloud in the sky! The venue at Sunflower Hill Farm is gorgeous. I was already filled up with so much good energy before the photographing even started.
I met everyone, including Quinn their sweet pup, in the Bridal house while they were putting the finishing touches on getting ready. Jill and Max’s personalities were present through many details of the day. Like letters to each other, letters to their closest people, trivia during cocktail hour, books on the reception tables and even collage of personal letters from students on display. Their wedding felt very personal and full of so much love for each other plus everyone they shared the day with.
