Recently I photographed a beautiful wedding where Madison was the Maid of Honor. I couldn’t help but feel how strong the love and connection was between her and Kyle at that wedding, and something in me knew they were going to engaged soon. One week later, I saw her big announcement on Facebook! I was so elated!!! I love LOVE and love seeing people so happy with each other! Not too long after that, Madison contacted me, and asked me to photograph their wedding! I seriously was on Cloud 9! Having known Madison and Kyle now since last Fall, and knowing their sweet story, I felt very connected to them and really was hoping that I would get to photograph their BIG day too!!!
For their Engagement session we went to Castlewood State Park where they love to hike and hangout with Madison’s daughter, Karly and their dog Sansa. The evening was perfect. A little cool, but the cool temps didn’t keep Madison from wanting to get in the water! She loves water and she was so hopeful they could get in the water. It all worked out perfectly!
