There is something so magical about a Fall wedding. Probably because Fall is my favorite season with the changing of the leaves, pumpkins everywhere, candles, chili, football, cooler weather, being cozy, sweaters, Halloween, Thanksgiving…..I really could go on about all the Fall highlights, but you get my point. Having a Fall wedding means you get to incorporate all the festiveness, and that’s exactly what Megan and Jimmy did. From the colors, the suits, fur wraps, pumpkins, gourds, leaves, wine, candles, fires in the fire pits, and lots of feelings of cozy.
Jimmy and Megan are the sweetest couple with the sweetest of families and friends. The wedding took place at Cedar Lake Cellars on a classic chilly day in November. Megan and Jimmy did a first look in the Vineyard, and it was soooo romantic. I think everyone around them could feel their emotions for each other. We lingered awhile in the vineyard with the bridal party and their dog, Vader, before heading over to the Barrel House where the ceremony was to take place.
The ceremony was BEAUTIFUL! Overlooking a pretty pond and facing a waterfall. There were fire pits with fires dispersed in the audience to keep the guests warm. It was so perfect and soooo sweet! Once they said their “I do’s” they took a few photos with family and then celebrated! It was such a fun reception and I think everyone had a great time dancing the night away!
Best wishes Megan and Jimmy for a lifetime full of love and laughter!
